I apologise if this has been asked before, but a forum search did not offer any obvious answers.
I have been claiming ESA (transferred for IB) for around 2 years now. My original claim form was the ESA50 03/11 and my original decision seems to have been made on the 29th Jan 2013.
In December 2013 I received a new ESA50 (unsure of number) to complete and have just (more than a year later) been called in for an "assessment with a healthcare professional."
My question is should I still be referring to the 'Old' ESA50 form, decision on or after 28 Jan 2013 guide in the archive section, or should I now be referring to the most recent guides for help with this reassessment?
