I am not sure of the procedure re renewals with B and W, but somehow I inadvertently found out that my subscription ran out on the 23 Jan 2015, I have not received a reminder email (not sure if this is the process with B and W) but have successfully renewed online this morning (i think/hope)

Can I ask you to email the site owner about the problems you have had with your subscription, you should have received an email in advance of your subscription ending. Send the information to
