Welcome to the forum.

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

If you have evidence that clearly shows a deterioration in your conditions then there should be no problem asking to be re-assessed.

If the change is only in regard to your mobility then you can ask for only this section to be looked at, but you need the DWP to confirm that they will accept this or you will need to complete all of the form and provided updated evidence to support your Daily Living award as well. Hopefully this will not be a problem.

Our PIP Claim guides have been updated since you were last assessed to take account of changes to the guidance issued by the DWP, so make sure that you have the latest guide.
