Esa and tribunals .... was created by bayliss
Hello
My question is after haveing sucessfully appealed aganst a esa refusal and taken to tribunal and then placed in support group there has not been any mention of how long the award was for.. (should I ask or let sleeping dogs lie ..?)
Also can one get a copy of the outcome of the tribunal judgement, for the esa from last year
or is it all (secret .!) for their eyes only !
As i like to keep copies of all letters (to my wife,s great annoyance ) 14 years worth, and med reports now aproaching 2 fileing cabits worh but essential for cross referencing ...!
As in my case pip was eventually decided after 11 month,s and they used the evidence as supplied to atos/dwp to decide without further medical as they were in reciept of all the necessary documents ie pip was awarded untill 2017 ...
Specialists reports doctors reports ect ect
any helb would be most valued

Phone the DWP and ask for your re-assessment date.

You can either write or ask a relative of friend to phone on your behalf, as long as you are able to answer the security questions and to authorise the DWP to speak to them, there should be no problem. If you write, then address it to the DWP office that normally deals with your claim, the address will be on the latest letter you have received about your benefit.
