I wouldn't worry about this question !!
Although assessing HP's have a set of questions that they should ask, as seen from Page 64 onwards of our :
PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link on page) They can use their discretion on any other questions that they may care to ask.
It seems pretty standard nowadays in the course of a medical consultation to suffer inquiries regarding alcohol, drugs and cigarette use.
Some people do "self medicate" with alcohol or non prescriptions drugs, some limitations can also be caused by the use of the same.
