I am currently waiting for PIP forms to arrive to claim for my Autistic adult son, who's DLA claim will be coming to an end in May this year. I will have to complete the forms as he is unable to do so. My question is do I complete the form as if he is giving the information, for example, "I am not able to communicate", or would it be acceptable to complete it from my perspective by saying "he is not able to communicate". These forms are hard enough already and I do not want to get that part wrong. Thanks.
