received pip form 5 jan 2015.they asked for it to be returned by 22 jan 2015. I phoned them and said that it only gave me 17 days to complete. They agreed to feb 5 2015 as the return date .good luck everyone .peter

It would be worth your asking for the extension to be confirmed in writing, whilst PIP does allow the period to complete the form to be extended, if the information was not properly documented on the PIP computer system by the person you spoke to, it may still be showing the original return date.
