Strange phonecall.

Hello all,

I have been reading this forum for the past couple of months. This is my first post. I applied over the phone on 20th August '14, returned my completed forms on 19th Sept and have had an appointment through for my F2F with Capita on 28th Nov.
I have just this minute had a phonecall from Capita asking me lots of questions. I asked them if this was something that they did for everyone and they said it was as it speeds things up. They then went on to ask me questions such as what type of house I live in, does it have steps outside, do I have stairs, where is the bathroom. Do I have a shower over the bath or a seperate cubicle. They asked how often I go shopping, how many hours I work, if work has been effected in anyway. Do I have pets and who looks after them. I answered all of those and then he said, right we will move on to the next section to discuss how your condition effects you and what medications you have. It wasn't feeling right to me so I asked if they are the same questions that I will be asked at the f2f. He said yes but this would speed things up. Not being happy to continue I told him I was at work and not able to speak. He said he could call back or just wait until the assessment. I said I would just wait until the assesment.
Any thoughts on this???

Yes I had o e of these phone calls, do not worry. I worried myself sick but my outcome has been good.
