I downloaded the guides two years ago, have there been any changes since that time?

The DLA guides were last updated in June 2013, I am afraid there is not a list of the changes, if in doubt I would download them again.

There have been some changes in DLA related guides, I'd take Gordon's advice and download them again if necessary, but check out all DLA resources first.
