There are two issues that have to be met, you have to be eligible for the Premiums and you have to be entitled to payment.
To be entitled to payment you need to be receiving Income Related ESA in part or in in full. ESA(IR) is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
Asset rule for ESA(IR)
24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)
If you are currently receiving ESA(CB) only but think you would be entitled to an ESA(IR) top-up then you need to contact the DWP for an ESA3 form which captures your financial information so that they can decide whether you are entitled.
If you do have entitlement to ESA(IR) then you will be eligible for the Enhanced Disability Premium, also known as Disability Income Guarantee, for being in the Support Group.
If you live alone and no one receives Carers Allowance for you then you may be eligible for the Severe Disability Premium.

If you are already receiving the Enhanced Disability Premium (aka Disability Income Guarantee) then you must be receiving ESA(IR) at least in part. If you live alone and nobody receives Carers Allowance for you then you should be entitled to the SDP as well.
You need to contact the DWP office that deals with your ESA claim and request an IS10 form in regard to your claiming the Severe Disability Premium, if successful it should be back dated to when your PIP was awarded.
