I was called this morning to say that my ESA tribunal has been adjourned! Is this common? The clerk said the Judge was missing some information and a new date would be sent out. It is all very stressful, the original appointment was for this morning!
I was really hoping to have had a decision by the end of today. The waiting is very difficult, and it's so hard to plan financially.

Its not usual but the panel are required by law to ensure that claimants have a fair hearing, if they felt that this information was important to your case then they would have had no choice but to adjourn.

I'm sorry that your case still has not been heard, I can understand how stressful all these delays must be! Here's hoping that you don't have to wait too much longer now.
