Hi,

It appears that your real name is showing on the forum. If you wish to change your username, in order to maintain a degree of anonymity, you can do so easily by following the advice in this FAQ.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

ESA is actually an open-ended award that can be reassessed at any time (once 3 months has passed since the decision was made).
How often will I be reviewed

In practice, DWP usually set a date for reassessment, although this is only advisory. You can find this out if you phone, or write, to DWP and ask for the 'prognosis'. You could also write and ask for all the paperwork associated with your claim. This FAQ is relevant even if you did not have a face to face assessment.

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

ESA is an income-replacement benefit whilst PIP is paid to help defray the costs cuased by personal care/mobility needs. It is perfectly possible to be in receipt of both and many people are. However, they are very different benefits, don't make the mistake of thinking that the information you submitted for ESA will automatically entitle you to PIP!
