I had a phone call last week from a nurse asking me what medication i was taking for my depression, and then she said she would get the forms sent to DWP now, i wouldnt mind but i filled everything in and sent a reminder sheet for my medication from one of my prescriptions, so i dont know why they rang me to ask that. and that's all iv heard.
Can anyone let me know if they have any idea at all if or when im liable to hear anything.,
Many Thanks

I've moved your post to it's own topic to avoid confusion.
If your DLA was an indefinite award then you should not have been invited to claim PIP until October 2015 at the earliest, however, it is possible that your claim has been selected under the Right Payment Programme and this is why you were asked to claim PIP.
The Right Payment Programme
You can check whether your file has been sent to the DWP by contacting the Assessment Provider for your claim, you should have had a letter from then when they received your form from the DWP.
If the file has now been sent to the DWP then you should hear in about 6-8 weeks, it may be quicker and it could be longer, but this appears to be the current average.
