If you have not already done so, I would inform The DWP of your change of address in writing :
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS As ATOS already have your files with respect to PIP and ESA, and are in the process of carrying out assessments for both, (With or without the need of a f2f) I would also notify ATOS by e-mail :

This will cover you in case they send a letter of appointment for an ESA or PIP f2f to your old address, which may then result in a failure to attend with the added consequences of your PIP claim being closed or your ESA ceasing, due to "failure to attend".
