My partner was put into the support group for ESA July 2013 after appealing using the help from this forum. The assessor put on the form she would be capable of work in 18 months which brings it up to January 2015. Does anybody know what will happen at this time? Just wondered if they were still going to send out repeat claimant forms requesting attendance at medicals. Thanks.

There are still considerable delays in the ESA system, we are now regularly hearing of waits of 15 months or more and this is certainly reducing the number of re-assessments being done, whilst it would seem unlikely that the queue will be substantially reduced by the beginning of next year, we can't predict how an individual claimant will or will not be affected.
Our best advice is to assume that your partner will be re-assessed as planned and you should think about collecting new evidence in preparation for this to happen.
