hi not sure if this question is allowed on here but i have got a ccj to attend court and ask should i add my dla and disability premiums in the earnings section of the form i would sooner not

I don't think you have any choice, either your DLA will qualify as income or it won't, withholding the information will undoubtedly count against you.
