Texts from DWP?

Has anybody here been texted by the DWP to give the result of their WCA for ESA?

I've never had anything like this before and the information is scant to say the least!

The text message has indeed come from the DWP but it seems really strange to me. There is nothing on the message saying a letter will be forthcoming???

No RD, I have not previously hears of decisions being notified by text message! I'm sure one of my mod colleagues will give their opinion of the legality of this.

I have heard that The DWP are using Text messaging.

However, by law you are entitled to a written Decision Notice, as this "Notice" also includes your right to request a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR)/Appeal, if you are unhappy with the decision.

If you do not receive the decision notice in the near future, I would contact the DWP.
