PIP assessment mobility report dilemma

Hi everyone.
Thanks so much for all your help, last time i posted.I have now obtained a home visit assessment next friday(afer a years wait) , following your advice.However as typical of me, i now have another dilemma.
I have an long term degenerative back condition, and am in agony as soon as i put one foot in front of the other one.I finally got awarded my Blue Badge in April.I have been sent a copy of my Blue Badge assessment form , which i was considering putting in my additional information section.
However it states i walked the approx 70 metres required for the Blue Badge assessment, with a stick.It also stated i was breathless, in constant pain, limping, wincing, altered gait, it states i was extremely slow(3mins20 secs), that i am of high risk of fall, that i have a substantial and permanent degenerative disability.I mean once i was walked/assessed outside i had to walk somewhere to get to the nearest chair, which was back inside. Awalk i certainly could not repeat in a hurry.The assessor on the day, was desperate to get me sat down by the end.!!Only now im worrying that my PIP assessor will think i can walk 70 metres, not alot wrong with her.Should i put the report in, or leave it out.Also dos anyone know how long it roughly takes to get the decision after assessment.

Hi MC1,

Obviously, it is up to you whether or not you submit the report. I can understand your concern about the 70m, the distance for full points on the mobility descriptor of PIP is 20m!

However, any walking that you do whilst in severe pain, or twice as slowly as 'normal' should be discounted by DWP.
