Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

If you are receiving intravenous chemotherapy then you should automatically qualify for the ESA Support Group, however, as far as I am aware the only "fast track" is for those considered to be terminally ill.

You will likely need to complete an ESA50 which needs to be returned to ATOS, you can start by chasing them, however, there are considerable delays in the assessment process at the moment, we are aware of claimants having waited more than 12 months for ATOS to deal with their claim.

If you have no success with them then you can try the DWP, but they devolve responsibility for medical matters to ATOS so I would not be surprised if they bounce it back to them.

If this happens then I would involve your MP

Contacting your MP

and you can make a complaint to the DWP

Complaining to the DWP

Have a look at our Understanding ESA and ESA Claim guides for more information
