How to change contact details on an ESA50?

I'm just wondering if anyone would have any advice/suggestions on how I can change the details of 'the care professional who knows you or your condition best' which is on page 4 of my already submitted ESA50?
I originally gave details of my neurologist but I have now been referred to an MS Nurse - with whom I will have more regular contact and who will therefore have a better idea of my daily trials and tribulations - so I would like to put her down as the person to contact instead.
I'm not sure whether to contact ATOS or the DWP, or if it is even possible to change details. I'm presuming it will be more complicated (and probably safer!) than merely telephoning and giving new details verbally?
Any advice would be very welcome.

It will be ATOS that contact them, if indeed anyone does at all, but I would also make the DWP aware of the change, just write a letter with details of the change and why you are asking them to contact the new person in preference to the old one and send it the same address as your ESA50 and the DWP office dealing with your claim.
The addresses should be on the covering letters that you would have received from both organisations about your claim.
