hello, the dla renewal came and im scared stupid because im really not doing to good at the moment, and this is all i need, i think last time i filled it in online then printed when i was happy with it and posted it, but that was a new claim , is this something i can do for the renewal, thanks

I'm afraid not, the DWP pulled all of the online forms when they introduced PIP, unless you have a copy of the blank form on your PC, you will have to fill in the one you have been sent.
