I'm so chuffed and relieved. I can finally sleep at night and feel like a massive weight has been lifted!

It really is Charlie, a HUGE weight!
Thanks Gordon, I was made aware of the backdated entitlement from a really good guy on another forum. The only issue I have is the online forms says 3 months and would only allow my wife to select April.

Not entirely sure what the problem is?
I've quickly run through the online form and it appears to allow any date to be entered to be entered for the Claim Date including those that are way outside the limits for a claim.
