Hello
I'm on the ESA migration process from IB to ESA. I sent the form in end of last September 2013 which is now 8 and a half months. I live in London. Have you any rough idea of how long it is taking them to work this ? Thank you. Jules

Hi Jules, DWP have admitted that there is a backlog of some 700,000 cases waiting for a decision. I suspect that yours is one of them, I'm afraid I have no idea how long it might take them to get to you. We used to advise claimants to contact their MPs but it seems that not even this is making any difference now
