Hi M,
The recommended period before review/reassessment of any ESA award, (The Prognosis) will be stored on your files.
Generally a couple of months before the end of the prognosis period it will be flagged up electronically that your reassessment process should begin.
The DWP will then re-refer you to ATOS, and ATOS will then send out your new ESA50 to begin the fresh ESA WCA.
However, in case you are not aware, reviews/reassessments of current ESA recipients are being deferred to a later date.
See our associated News Article : Here.
So it may be the case that your reassessment is deferred to a later date than recommended originally.

When I read that before I thought it only applied to new claims, I see it doesn't now. I was hoping, like a lot of folk no doubt, that I would have another chance to fill in the form again soon.(Not because I was looking forward to it or anything
) When my appeal failed the CAB advisor said at least I probably wouldn't have to wait too long to be reassessed and I'd probably get another form in about six months. Hmm...
Hi M,
If your medical conditions have deteriorated, or you suffer from different medical conditions to such an extent that your resulting limitations may now fulfill The SG qualifying criteria, and these "changes" have occurred since the time of the original adverse WRAG award that you unsuccessfully appealed, then you could request a supersession/review of your current WRAG award.
As this would be classed as a Change of Circumstances, (C of C) it would instigate a fresh ESA WCA and most probably the issuing of an ESA50.
You would have to provide fresh medical evidence regarding any deterioration/change in your conditions.
You should be aware that your current WRAG award may be at risk, as you would be reassessed/reviewed, afresh.
