If you qualify for IR ESA and you get an adverse decision and ask for a MR do you still get assessment rate of ESA while waiting for the MR decision, just thinking ahead as you know I have my tribunal on Monday if it doesn't go in my favour I have been advised to start a new ESA50 Claim

Neither ES(CB) or ESA(IR) is payable during the MR phase of an appeal following a Fit for Work Decision, it is only when an appeal has been lodged with the Tribunal Service, following the completion of the MR , that the Assessment rate is payable.
