Hi n,

As I know that you are currently awaiting a decision regarding a reassessment of your SG award, your question is not pertinent.

As you are in the SG in receipt of CB ESA, there is no 365 days limit to how long you can receive CB ESA.

You will continue to receive CB ESA indefinately for as long as you remain in The SG.

If you were placed into The WRAG or found fit for work as a result of this or any future reassessment you would still have your full 365 days entitlement to CB ESA whist not in The SG :

12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)

Further, even if you were placed in the WRAG, etc, as above, at a future reassessment, and you exhausted your 365 day entitlement, you should then be financially assessed to see whether you pass the means test for entitlement to IR ESA.

There is no 365 days limit if any part of your ESA is IR ESA, no matter which group you are in.
