I'm filling this out in conjunction with the guide on here but I'm confused.
The moving around question is not helping. It's tick box 50 metres question makes it look like if I tick that box I am admitting to being able to walk 50 metres when in truth I can only manage 10 with a walker.
My gut instinct is not to tick a box at all and explain underneath. I'd appreciate some advice please. Thanks a lot...
Your gut instinct is spot-on. If the tick boxes do not accurately reflect your limitations then you should leave those blank and explain your situation in the text-boxes. I think this is explained in more details in our guides.
