WRAG was created by Lyndon Harrison
Does anyone know what may happen if you join the WRAG but at interview even they don`t think they could help you find a job, i`m just filling out my first ESA50 form & in the past have been helped by the NDDP (New Deal for Disabled People), but at an interview with my towns largest employer was told by them that due to the Health & Safety act 1974 mainly section2 subsection 2a that they wouldn`t be willing to employ people who had physical problems walking. thanks Lyndon.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

ESA does not directly test a claimants ability to work, claimants are placed in the WRAG or the Support Group because they meet the criteria and only for this reason, also, claimants placed in the WRAG are not required to work or to seek work so the situation you describe is not really relevant.

As this is your first ESA50 I would recommend you make use of our ESA Claim guides, there are disparities between the questionnaire and the ESA Descriptors that claimants are actually assessed against and the guides explain these in more detail.
