PIP Capita assessment was created by Jhicky
Hi all my daughter has cerebral palsy and has been on DLA for years. She was invited to apply for PIP end of January as her award is up for review June . PIP forms were sent off February 17th we had a call this morning about face to face which we arranged for Monday so all moving quite quickly. I'm a little anxious as we sent loads of supporting evidence so was hoping for a paper assessment. Any advice on what to expect when the assessor comes to our house would be gratefully received especially from people with cerebral palsy.
Thank you
Thank you

We are expecting the vast majority of DLA claimants will have a face to face assessment, even if they had not had one on their last DLA renewal.
Have a look at the PIP Claim guide, there is a section at the back that covers what happens at the assessment and the questions that you are likely to be asked.
