Hi, had my face to face assessment for ESA yesterday. Didn't seem as bad as I thought it would be, but maybe that's not a good thing. 
Anyway does any one know how long it takes for a decision?

Hi mm,
Welcome to Benefits and Work
The ESA85 Medical Report will be sent by the assessing HCP electronically to The DWP.
They generally state that a decision should be made and conveyed to the claimant with 14 days.
However, that is not a definite at this time as The DWP have huge backlogs of ESA claims to deal with.
If you have not heard within a fortnight, it may be advisable to give The DWP a ring for an update.
I hope that you receive the correct award !!
