sanction

would i be right in saying that its totally illegal to sanction you ,without informing you in writting, who made the decision and based on what evidence,

having said this they get away with murder , just wanted to clear this up as they have done this many thanks ,,,karon

I am not sure if 'illegal' is the right word. They are meant to of course and certainly you can complain if they did not. Of course they can simply claim that they did send out a letter and it must have gone 'missing'. Of course this is possible the royal mail aren't great. You can appeal a sanction but you would be appealing why the sanction was applied not how.
