12 Month Limit for ESA

In ESA FAQ it states that .

"The DWP has stated that they will notify affected claimants 8 weeks in advance of their payments ceasing..."

I am currently in this situation and have not heard a thing from them.
Any thoughts as to why not?

What the DWP state that they will do, and what they actually do, are different matters.

If your CB ESA is due to end, it may be advisable to request an ESA 3 Financial Assessment Form from The DWP.

You will then be assessed with respect to household income, capital, assets and savings to see whether you can pass the means test for entitlement to payment of IR ESA :
