I just want to remind everybody reading this thread that you can continue to supply medical evidence and statements about your health even though your ESA50s are awaiting review by ATOS.
So if your condition has deteriorated since your form went in, send the information to ATOS at the same address as your ESA50, send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim, marked for the attention of the Decision Maker, and finally take a copy with you to any assessment and ask the assessor to read it before they continue with the interview.

For example, those of us in receipt of ESA , but not yet due for reassessment. I mean, not with a current ESA50 being considered. As I expected to be reassessed later this year, I appear to be one of those granted a reprieve with the apparent suspension of reassessments by ATOs.
Thanks

There is no point in doing this, it will simply be filed and will not be attached to the file that is produced when a re-assessment is done. The only time when it will make a difference is when the ESA50 has been returned and the claimant is waiting for an assessment to be arranged.

I will keep my head below the parapet, and collect and keep my ammunition safe for when the next assault of PIP or ESA review occurs.

Would this be the DWP Office where the most recent benefits changes letter came from?
