ESA appeal...

Hi to all, can anyone help, I have appealed against my ATOS medical for ESA where I scored zero points this was Sept 2012 I am still waiting on a hearing date, no cold weather payments plus my medical conditions are far worse now. I have had sick notes since this date from various doctors and consultants. I've also asked for a review and awaiting another ATOS medical...I'm lost and don't know what to do next I still get ESA but only £71 a week, I managed to get DLA which I now have to try for PIP what a nightmare, If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Thank you...

We know that ATOS, DWP and the Tribunal Service have huge backlogs, but your case does seem to be extreme!

The only thing I can suggest is that you try and get your MP on your case. Sometimes they are able to put a rocket up the collective backsides and get things moving.
