Face to face assessment letter

I've not been on here for a while. I filled in my ESA renewal form in August. I'm currently in the contribution based support group. I followed the guides on here and had a local advice centre help me fill in the forms. My condition has got worse and continues to do so my surgeon wrote a supporting letter explaining this and was put into support after appeal. I'm really worried that the same thing will happen again and my benefit will stop again if in placed in WRAG. I actually broke down this morning after receiving the letter and can't bare to jump through all the hoops. I sent in over 30 letters from my surgeon, pain management and GP with the form and am shocked that they have still asked me to come in for an assessment. I'm fearing the worst and feel that this time I won't be able to cope with it as my partner had more than enough on her plate without dealing with me also. She helps me every morning out of bed to change me and prepare food that I can warm up for lunch etc.
I really don't know what to do and am in bits just thinking about it

As this appears to be your first post on the forum it is a little bit difficult to offer advice with no history on your claim.
Unfortunately it is quite common for claimants who have been placed in the SG by a Tribunal to still be called to a face to face assessment when re-assessed. One of the important things to remember is that this is an assessment of your condition as it is now, so if you have not already done so, you should send ATOS copies of any evidence you used at your previous assessment, Tribunal, and any new reports that you have, I would also include a copy of the Tribunal Decision letter as this will explain what Descriptors you previously met.
Can I make you aware that the ESA Descriptors and Regulations were updated in January 2013, so if the Decision you appealed was before this, then this may be another reason why you have been called in for F2F. Make sure that you are using the current ESA guides.
You say that you are currently in the Support Group following a successful appeal, was the Decision that was overturned in relation to a new claim, were you transferred from another benefit or have you been on ESA for some time and this was a re-assessment?
If this was a new claim or a transfer then the Decision to place you into the SG will have replaced the previous Decision, I assume this was the WRAG, and in doing this reset the clock in regard to your entitlement to ESA(CB) , so even if you were placed back into the WRAG on this re-assessment then you would still have 365 days of ESA(CB) payment while you challenge the Decision.
If the previous Decision was the result of a re-assessment, then you may still have some of your 365 days left, it will depend on how long you were previously in the WRAG for.
Having been placed in the SG and new Decision to place you in the WRAG will have to justified by the DWP Decision Maker and they will have to show that you no longer satisfy the criteria for the SG that the Tribunal found you met.
So try not to lose faith, there is still every reason to believe you will retain your SG award even though you are having to attend this F2f.

I was originally put into the WRAG group and on appeal into support contribution based in October 2012 but this was backdated to November 2011.
I did send in all the evidence with the form and still have copies of these. I have written to my pain management and surgeon asking for support so hopefully should be ok. I just don't want to go through the whole process again as it was a nightmare. I've arranged to see my GP In the morning as I'm worried and would like him to support me.
The descriptors I met before were for walking and incontinence which are still the same if not worse than before.
I hope they keep me in support if not I dread to thing what I will have to go through again
Thanks for your reply really appreciated
