I am in the process of filling in a "questionnaire sent to me by ATOS. I have filled one of these before, was turned down after interview and was put into WRAG after an appeal in 2010. The covering letter states that my current benefit will be converted to ESA, which I am already on! Can any one advise me on this? the form is 20 pages long. Thank You.

You should check with the DWP that a request for re-assessment has been made by them, but I expect this to be valid.
ATOS are either using an old stock of stationery or have not updated the letter details on their computer system as we are regularly seeing this letter being sent to claimants, it is wrong but does not mean that you are not being re-assessed.
