Hopefully if the DWP have "cocked up" in stopping payment of your CB ESA, it will be resolved quickly.

Had a good meeting with cab this morning and they are going to deal with the problem on my behalf.
I gave all information plus what you suggested.
Hopefully get resolved prior to a mandatory reconsideration. Also the problem with no Xmas bonus since transfer to ESA will be looked into.
I just have to wait for the outcome.

Re : The Xmas Bonus, are you sure that you haven't been receiving it ?

For CB ESA recipients, it is paid with the normal ESA payment for that week.

It would not appear as a separate £10 payment, it's simply added on to your ESA.

Last message disappeared (that is the second one this week)
I checked by bank account again and I found that 2012 Xmas bonus was included in early December. But definitely not in December 2013 payment.
Looking at the letter February 2013 increase payments breakdown said that payment made in the first week in December a Christmas bonus payment of £0.00 will be made.

Update. ESA reinstated. Cab have spoken to DWP and they were told I didn't participate in compliance telephone interview (which I did on December 12th 2013) which went fine as all they wanted to know was about my occupational pension. Seen as I was getting that pre 2001it was protected from any reductions. The compliance officer was wanting proof of pension so was going to send me further instructions. I didn't hear anything over the festive season and on jan 15th I got a phone call from the same compliance officer informing me that we was not going to send me a letter and he would accept what I had told him on dec.12th and he would pass it onto DWP to update my records.
Yet the letter from DWP stopping ESA saying there was a discrepancy in national insurance records which cab are also going to get that checked out along with last years Xmas bonus.
Fingers crossed I'll now be left for the rest of the year and then it all kicks off again.
