PIP AND DLA NEWS was created by Cobalt60
In the recent newsletter you ask if anyone has had a renewal pack instead of the PIP which is being rolled out for certain postcodes.
On 3rd February this is due to be further extended to LA, CA, DL, HG and YO areas.
I live in the DL postcode and have received a DLA renewal pack and not PIP.
My current DLA award expires on 14/05/2014, so it looks as tho some people will get DLA instead of PIP.

I assume you are trying to make an appointment for a PIP assessment.
Basically it depends on how quickly you want to be assessed, if you are in a hurry, then all I can suggest is that you phone ATOS or Capita, whoever is doing the assessments in your area, each week for an appointment. If you are not fussed, then they should contact you in writing with an appointment when one becomes available.
