I would phone as bro says and ask how long before you are reassessed and for a written statement of reasons as to why the tribunal considered you qualified for the support group.

I think the a lot of people have found themselves in the same situation of having to get more up to date medical evidence even though in the past they may have been told that their medical conditions are unlikely to change or wont change. Which means having to get hospital referrals, more tests which means more money being spent via NHS makes you wonder whether the government have taken into account these extra costs.
I have found myself reluctantly going through medical investigations every few years just so I have up to date medical letters for the DWP.

Hi p67,

Now you are in The SG, you will no longer be compelled to take part in any Work Related Activity (WRA) and you may be entitled to around £6/week more.

You could request a copy of any ESA85A Medical Report that may have been compiled in connection with your successful review.

However, there may not be one as The DWP DM may have successfully reviewed your WRAG award to The SG using the evidence that you provided alone.

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

The DWP DM, should have compiled an LT54 Form (bottom of this page) :

ESA Forms

One or other of the above should stipulate how and why you were placed into The SG, and which SG descriptor/s have been applied.

This information may be useful when your next reassessment comes round.

Have a look at this post that I wrote before Xmas, even though it is not fully pertinent to you, it does contain information on how to obtain the prognosis, and information on why you were placed into The SG.

Hi p67,

Can you just clarify the following :

1. Where you placed into the SG as a result of a successful reconsideration by The DWP, or a successful appeal as the result of a Tribunal hearing ?

Or

2. Where you placed into the SG as a result of a review/supersession that you requested when you gained fresh evidence ?

3. What was the date of your original WRAG award, was it December 2012 ?

4. Had you exhausted your 365 days payment of CB ESA (in Dec 2013) ?
