I completed my first ESA50 (dated 03/11) Form in December 2011, and in May 2012 I received my letter advising me that my benefit was changing to ESA (WRAG).
I have now been sent a second ESA50 form (dated 10/13) to complete.
Can you please confirm which Guide I should be following: (a) October 2013 Guide (b) February 2013 Guide (Partial January 2013 changes Guide) or the (c) February 2013 Guide (Pre-January 2013 changes Guide)
I am confused!

ESA Claims and Appeals - Current forms
which were last updated in October 2013
