ESA appeal backdated money awol

I won the appeal and was told I should have been in the support group. We left knowing that they owe me about £1600 in backdated benefits. I had filled in ESA forms for this new years claim and was placed in support group straight away so I am now getting support group payments but still have not been given my backdated pay. I duly waited 8 weeks and then called the DWP to ask when I would be getting this money. I was told I wasnt due anything. I then called back the following day to be told they didnt know about any tribunal. LAter the same day we called again to be told that we needed to resend the decision sheet we were given at the tribunal but this had to be sent from a council office, nearest one being 20 miles away and I am housebound. I called later on to be told yes they had this piece of paper and it was in their posession. SO i asked if I can have my money. Apparently no as they need the whole file. We called tribunal people and they told us they had sent all the documents in November and they will resend them all. I am still no further forwward. I am banging my head against a brick wall. I am due over £1600 and it would appear they dont seem too worried about it. I have no clue now what to do

Hi c,
You could make a formal written complaint to The DWP :
Complaining to The DWP
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS
You can also complain to your M.P. :
Contacting your MP
Who may be able to expedite matters.
You are entitled to any back payment of benefit owed from the date of the adverse decision appealed, in your case WRAG.
Are you sure that they owe you circa £1600, as you would only be entitled to the shortfall between what you were receiving in The WRAG, and what you you should have received if you had initially been placed into The SG ?

O.K. c, understood,
So you had used up your 365 days entitlement to CB ESA whilst in The WRAG, and were receiving no benefit at all after July 2013 ?
Still a bit confused, as you say that your adverse WRAG award was made in Dec 2012, so 365 days from then, would take you up to Dec 2013.
Unless of course, you had previously used up some of your 365 days entitlement to CB ESA prior to Dec 2012.
