they have not recieved my esa form

hello can you helpme, as I mentioned in previous posts I have my datefor my assessment , my daughter poned to make sure atos had received all evidence sent along with my forms , and the lady said I have been calle d in for assessment because I didn't return my form.my daughter phoned benefit office and they said they didn't get my forms , my daughter told them the forms were sent recorded delivery, they said they would phone us back which they did it turns out they foud my paperwork and said they. would get a health care to look at them and let us know what will happen and they would leave the appointment as it stands just in case.

You are allowed to cancel a face to face once, so you could make a request that this appointment is cancelled, in the hope that the issue is resolved in the interim.

I would keep all correspondence in writing from now on, to create a paper trail. (e-mail is fine)

The only draw back with this is that you are only allowed one cancellation, so if for any reason you could not attend a rescheduled appointment, (if one is made) it could cause problem.

You could e-mail ATOS and make a complaint, and ask for an escalation, in that an appointment was made before your ESA50 was viewed, and as you returned it by the deadline, the error is on their part.

After all, you may well have provided enough evidence to have a paper assessment.

This is why ATOS are supposed to view the ESA50 and any other evidence before deciding that a F2F is needed.
