DLA - Renewed Indefinitely :)

just to let you know my DLA renewal has come back as an indefinite award.
They confirm that I can walk less than 50 metres very slowly, and in a poor manner.
Is this enough to send to my ESA renewal for automatic support group OR is there a specific copy of a form I need to ask for that can be used in my ESA renewal application?
I would like to know the details of this decision, can someone remind me what form the DM uses so I can ask for a copy of that for my own interest?
Thank you!

Congratulations on the award.
I am afraid the being in receipt of DLA Higher Rate Mobility does not in itself entitle you to a Support Group award under the Mobilising descriptor, the ESA test not only looks at your ability to walk but also your ability to propel a manual wheelchair over an equivalent distance, also, the walking criteria are subtlety different so you cannot even rely on the walking aspect.
That said, your DLA award is evidence that you have problems with walking and may assist in your being awarded the SG for this Mobilising Descriptor with other evidence.
The following explains the documents that may have been used in the Decision
