There will obviously be variations regionally, and possibly from one claimant to another.

In general, members are reporting delays in the system.

Jupiter Drive, Chester has a large DWP Mail Distribution Centre, where mail is delivered, and distributed to the relevant office.

To add to bro's excellent advice - ESA is actually an indefinite award, your payment will continue as it is if a decision has not been made by 8th Jan.

Thanks for the info's on dates recieved for the esa 50, as Bro58 says big veriation in areas as to when these are posted.
