Going from ESA Support Group/MR Care back to work

The thing is say I were to apply for a job in a call centre I could possibly be fine there for a number of weeks but then get to the point one day where I have a full blown breakdown/panic attack and be driven to the point of actually attacking somebody and then be off work for the following few weeks to recover mentally.
Would the DWP take this part of my condition into consideration and be sympathetic and not look to pull the rug from under me straight away and be willing to support me as I try and re-enter work?

To be honest I think you will struggle to get the support you are looking for from the DWP.
If you are working under the ESA PW heading then the DWP are only interested that you do not exceed the allowable hours or the maximum income allowed, whether you continue to be employed or not is not considered.
For DLA they have no interest providing you continue to meet the criteria.
If you give up your ESA to start work and it does not work out for you then you can make a new claim for ESA and link back to your original one, providing the gap is not more than 12 weeks.
If it is more than 12 weeks the you can make a new claim for ESA but you may be limited to claiming Income Related ESA dependant on your previous work history and what NO Contributions you have.
