If one has an adjournment ; DLA court appeal, Then the Doctor from the Tribunal arrives at one`s house, to gain further medical evidence. Do we all have to attend the Tribunal court ? At a further date, after the doctor`s visit ?b Many Thanks, Josie.
Yes, if you originally requested an oral hearing, once the Tribunal are in possession of the medical report, they will arrange for a fresh hearing.
The Doctor who performs the home visit should not have to attend.
If the fresh evidence was very compelling in your favour, there is a slight chance that the Tribunal could decide in your favour without your attendance, this is not very common though.
So I would work on the premise that you and any companion/Rep that was going to attend the original hearing, would need to attend the fresh hearing.
