If you are subscribing for use in paid or voluntary work, please choose a Professional subscription or ask your organisation to purchase one for you.
Training access
If you choose the Claimants and carers plus online PIP training subscription, you will receive immediate access to the website and guides. Access to the Thinkific training platform is set up manually, so your training invitation may take up to one working day to arrive.
Refunds and renewal
We offer a seven-day no-quibble refund. There is no automatic renewal, so you will not receive an unexpected charge at the end of your subscription.
During the final 30 days of your 12-month subscription, we will send three renewal reminders, each offering a 40% discount. If you do not renew, your subscription will simply end at the end of the 12-month term.
