Thanks bro Ill consider that .. I assume if I make the appeal then decide to withdraw it I would remain on Wrag goup or could the DWP decide to revisit the claim anyway as I had appealed?

You can withdraw an appeal at any time with no prejudice to your existing claim. Thanks bro Ill consider that .. I assume if I make the appeal then decide to withdraw it I would remain on Wrag goup or could the DWP decide to revisit the claim anyway as I had appealed?

just to clarify please for Gordon or Bro 58: is the "prognosis" the same as the time left on your award? i.e. if I have been told I dont need to be reviewed agian or seen again as Atos put it for 2 years is that "the prognosis"? If so I assume it would be 18 months before i could be realistically considered for the work programme

The prognosis is normally used by the DWP to set a further re-assessment date, so if you had one of two years, it would be reasonable to expect that you will not be forwarded to the Work Programme for 18 months.just to clarify please for Gordon or Bro 58: is the "prognosis" the same as the time left on your award? i.e. if I have been told I dont need to be reviewed agian or seen again as Atos put it for 2 years is that "the prognosis"?
