You could ring up and check where your "fit note" has to be sent to.

In any case, I would keep copies of both your GL24, and your "fit note" before posting them off, in case they get "lost".

Am I right in assuming they do not pay until they receive both or do they pay on appeal letter ?

Also is there only 1 rate of pay for the assesment rate ?
