Yes the question was solely in relation to ME as other members experience of this process would help guide me to a decision as to wether to fight on.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply, I continue to submit detailed medical evidence and reports from my specialist consultants whom catagorically say that I am not fit to work and why. So perhaps I should continue to push for the support group. Thankyou!

Although it's not ESA, a little update from me.
I won my DLA tribunal yesterday with an award of High Rate Mobility and Low Rate Care.
It CAN be done with ME/CFS sufferers, don't give up!!
I didn't have to appeal my ESA decision, I passed the medical just based on the fact I couldn't walk more than 50m without severe discomfort/pain and scored points for other criteria too.
Although I felt I should have been in the support group under the 30m rule I had already started the appeal process with DLA and didn't think I'd be able to handle both at the same time.
I'll be sending back my ESA50 next week and will keep you posted of my progress too

Look at the DWP A to Z of medical conditions for DLA and find ME/CFS
Its for DLA but the information is valid for other purposes, about the condition, its effects and prognosis
